Safety is everyone’s responsibility – please help us enforce our safety rules so everyone can enjoy playing safely. Acknowledgement of Risk for Participants, Spectators, and All Attendees I understand and acknowledge that the activities generally described as Laser Tag are physically and mentally intense and may require extreme exertion, and that the possibility of injury to myself or others exists — including the potential for permanent disability and/or death. This includes injuries sustained by spectators, guests, and anyone present on the premises, whether or not they are actively participating in any game or activity. Inherent hazards and risks include, but are not limited to: Exposure to elements (indoors or outdoors), excessive heat, impacts, natural and man-made obstacles, insects, animals, etc. Negligence by myself or others (including staff or participants), operator error, or misjudgment of terrain, structures, or conditions. Accidents or illness occurring in areas without immediate medical access. Equipment failure or malfunction, and risks associated with transportation. Fatigue, dizziness, or any other condition that may impair judgment or increase injury risk. I understand these risks are not complete and that unknown or unanticipated risks may result in injury, illness, or death. By Booking you are agreeing to this waver.  You will be asked to sign this again.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your booking time. Rescheduling is available with at least 12 hours notice, subject to availability.

Group Bookings

Groups of 6 or more receive a 20% discount on standard missions and speed rounds. For groups larger than 20 people, please contact us directly to arrange a private event with custom game modes and optional catering.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time for equipment fitting and mission briefing. Late arrivals may result in reduced play time. All players must sign a waiver before participating (available online or at the venue).

Our equipment features precision targeting systems, haptic feedback for hit confirmation, and integrated digital displays showing your health, ammo, and score in real-time. The lightweight, ergonomic design ensures comfortable play throughout your mission.

Each player receives a high-tech phaser and reactive vest with multiple sensor points for accurate hit detection. Special abilities and power-ups can be activated during gameplay, adding strategic depth to each mission.

All equipment is thoroughly sanitized between uses and regularly maintained to ensure optimal performance. Our staff will provide a comprehensive briefing on how to use the equipment before your mission begins.
